In addition to the master planning, engineering and constructing of Eagle Ridge™, Newland plays an active role in ensuring the connectivity and interaction amongst its interior neighborhoods. This is demonstrated in the numerous pocket parks, picnic areas, vista benches and paved walking trails linking neighbors to neighbors.
